Rental Information

Units are not allowed on the beaches.

Smoking and Pets are prohibited in ALL RV rentals (see Pet Addendum page for exceptions).

Travel Trailers

Customer must contact their Insurance Company, and inform them that they are renting a Travel Trailer. Customer must show Proof of Insurance prior to departure.

Customer will need a 2 and 5/16th inch tow ball with a rating of at least 6,000 lbs. The distance from the ground to the top of the ball must not exceed 14 inches.

Customer will need a 7-Way round plug (Bargman) for Travel Trailers

Customer is responsible for correct operation of connector on tow vehicle before picking up Trailer.

Customer needs to be sure that they have the correct Tow Package with a 2 5/16th inchball. Customer is required to have a brake controller, which can be bought and/or installed at Camper Clinic.

If the Tow Vehicle is not prepared with the above components and the Lessor is required to make corrections to ensure safe use of the Trailer, and the Service Department is required to make these corrections, the labor rate is $99.00 per hour plus parts.

The Security Deposit is $$500.00 for Travel Trailers. The Security Deposit is $300.00 for Pop-Ups. It will be refunded within 14 days of return.

No refund is available if canceled within less than 30 days of departure.

Motorhomes

Please note that motorhome rentals are not available at this time. However, please check back with us soon!

All Motorhomes come with Collision Insurance with a $1,000.00 deductible.

Fuel tanks will be full when you pick up your unit, and must be full when the unit isreturned.

The Security Deposit is $1,000.00. It will be refunded within 14 days of return.

No refund is available if canceled within less than 30 days of departure.

Cancellations

Cancellation Fee is Zero prior to 60 days from departure.
Cancellation Fee is $35.00 30-60 days from departure.
No refund is available if canceled within less than 30 days of departure.
